The portfolio page lists what we have delivered. This page explains how. Four projects where the constraint was not the sealant — it was an operating plant that could not stop, an inspection regime that accepts nothing generic, or eleven separate buildings that each needed their own record.
Cipla, Goa — Eleven Plants
The problem
Eleven operating pharmaceutical plants on one campus cluster, each with its own compartmentation drawings, its own modification history, and no consolidated record of which penetrations had been opened since handover. GMP constraints meant sealing materials had to be appropriate to controlled production environments, and the work could not contaminate or halt production.
How we approached it
Plant-by-plant penetration survey with every opening measured, numbered and photographed before any material was ordered. Each condition matched to its classified 3M system detail rather than a generic sealant. Sequencing agreed around production windows so no plant lost output.
Outcome
Compartmentation sealed across all eleven plants with GMP-appropriate materials, handed over with a penetration register and certification dossier per plant — the documentation set that fire NOC renewal and pharma audits both ask for.

Reliance Industries — Patalganga & Nagothane
The problem
Firestopping inside a live petrochemical facility. Hot-work restrictions, permit-to-work discipline, classified areas, and an absolute requirement that plant operations continue uninterrupted. Cable routes, control rooms and utility corridors all needed sealing without a shutdown.
How we approached it
Work planned around the plant permit system rather than our own schedule. Survey and installation staged corridor by corridor so no single area was opened up for long. Systems selected for the specific barrier, rating and penetrant in each location, with the tested detail recorded against every seal.
Outcome
Two sites completed to industrial safety standards with zero disruption to operations, and a documented register the plant EHS team retained for subsequent audits and modifications.

Mumbai International Airport (MIAL)
The problem
Terminal services under one of the most stringent inspection regimes in Indian construction. Airport authorities and their consultants require the exact test standard, system number and rating for every penetration — a generic product datasheet is not accepted.
How we approached it
Every site condition matched to a classified, tested 3M system detail with the UL or EN reference recorded at the point of installation, not reconstructed afterwards. Documentation prepared to survive consultant, authority and insurer scrutiny in sequence.
Outcome
Passive fire protection delivered across terminal services and accepted under airport inspection. The same discipline was subsequently applied at Goa Airport for the Airports Authority of India.

World One Tower, Mumbai
The problem
India's tallest residential tower. Supertall construction concentrates services into a small number of very heavily loaded risers and shafts, and compartment joints move — so a seal that is correct on day one has to stay correct as the structure settles and loads change.
How we approached it
Penetration and joint systems selected for movement capability as well as fire rating. Shaft and riser conditions detailed individually rather than repeated from a standard drawing, and the register built floor by floor as the structure rose.
Outcome
Service penetrations and compartment joints sealed across the tower for the Lodha Group, who subsequently engaged the same team at The MTM Park commercial development.
