Turnkey Execution

Passive Fire Protection Services

Four integrated services, one accountable partner. Every project is delivered end-to-end so nothing falls between supplier, applicator and certifier.

Service 01

Fire Safety Audit

A firestop installation is only as good as the survey behind it. Our audit maps every breach in your fire-rated walls and floors and benchmarks it against compartmentation requirements.

  • Penetration survey — electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting and communication services passing through rated barriers.
  • Joint & opening assessment — construction joints, curtain wall perimeter gaps, blank openings and dampers.
  • Gap analysis report — photographic register of non-compliant conditions, risk-ranked with recommended tested systems.
  • BOQ & budget estimate — quantities and system-wise costing for planning and tendering.

Firestop Installation

Products don't stop fire — correctly installed systems do. Our trained applicator teams execute strictly to tested system details with stage-wise quality control.

  • Trained applicators — crews trained on 3M firestop systems and application methods.
  • System-based execution — every penetration matched to a classified detail; no improvised sealing.
  • Quality control — stage inspections, depth/annular checks and photographic records for each location.
  • Coordinated with site — sequencing aligned with MEP works to avoid rework and re-penetration issues.

Certification & Documentation

The deliverable that proves compliance. We hand over a complete firestop dossier that satisfies consultants, fire authorities, auditors and insurers.

  • Penetration register — location-wise schedule of every sealed opening with system reference.
  • Labelling — each installation tagged on-site for future identification and re-inspection.
  • Photo documentation — before/during/after records for every location.
  • Installation certificate — formal certification of workmanship and materials for project handover.
Common Questions

Firestopping FAQs

Quick answers for project teams evaluating passive fire protection scope.

What is passive fire protection (PFP)?

Passive fire protection contains fire and smoke within the compartment of origin using fire-rated walls, floors and — critically — firestop systems that reseal every penetration and joint in those barriers. Unlike active systems (sprinklers, alarms), PFP works without activation, power or human intervention.

Why do service penetrations need firestopping?

Every cable tray, duct, or pipe that passes through a fire-rated wall or floor creates a breach. Unsealed, these openings let fire and toxic smoke spread between compartments in minutes, defeating the building's fire design. Tested firestop systems restore the barrier's original fire rating.

What does "turnkey" mean in your scope?

We take single-point responsibility for the entire firestopping package: auditing the site, selecting tested 3M systems, supplying genuine material, installing with trained applicators, and issuing the certification dossier at handover.

Are your installations certified?

Yes. Installations follow tested and classified system details, and we issue location-wise documentation — penetration register, labels, photo records and installation certificates — that supports fire-NOC, audits and insurance requirements.

At what project stage should firestopping be planned?

Ideally at design stage, so tested details and budgets are locked before MEP execution. Practically, we join projects at any stage — including operational facilities that need retrofit audits and remediation.
