3. Install
Our own trained crews install to the tested detail, working around your occupancy and shutdown windows. Industrial sites are executed without disrupting operations.
4. Certify
You receive a penetration register, system datasheets, photographic evidence per opening and an installation certificate — the dossier your fire officer, consultant and insurer will ask for.

Do you handle occupied buildings without shutting down floors?
Yes. Most of our Pune BFSI and IT work is executed in live, occupied premises. We phase the work floor by floor or riser by riser, use low-odour products where occupancy demands it, and can work night shifts or weekends. Barclays and Citicorp ION were both executed this way.
What does a firestop audit cost in Pune?
It depends on built-up area and the number of service risers, not on a flat rate. Send us a floor plan and a rough count of risers and we will give you a fixed audit fee before we mobilise. For most buildings the audit fee is recovered several times over simply by not over-ordering material for openings that do not need remediation.
Is expanding PU foam acceptable in a rated wall?
No. Standard expanding polyurethane foam is combustible and carries no fire rating. It is extremely common in Pune buildings because it is fast and cheap at the services stage, and it is the single most frequent finding in our gap analyses. It must be removed and replaced with a tested system.
Can you work at MIDC industrial sites with hot-work and permit systems?
Yes. We have executed at Ranjangaon, Chakan and Talegaon, and at Reliance Patalganga and Nagothane in an operating petrochemical environment. Our crews are briefed on permit-to-work, gas testing and site induction requirements before mobilisation.
Do you supply 3M firestop material without installation?
Yes — we are an authorised distributor and can supply on a material-only basis. We will still tell you which tested system applies to your opening, because supplying the right product against the wrong detail helps nobody.
